To close a ticket go to the ticket you want to close. You can write a message in the Message box and click Submit. Then click the Close button and Ok.

To change the priority of a submitted ticket go to Technicians tab in the left menu. Locate the ticket and click View. In the Priority click Change, then Ok button. You can write a message in the Message box and click Submit.
